We are gearing up for Joliet - 3nd Annual Motive Gear/Nitto Tire NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag Racing III. It's gonna be a long but fun weekend and we are really looking forward to getting down the track and kicking out some fast numbers. See you all there!

RESULTS FROM BOWLING GREEN, KY - NMCA/EXTREME STREET

What a crazy and exciting weekend we had! Special thanks goes out to each and every one of our sponsors for helping us win our first round of racing in Extreme Street this past weekend.

During our 1st test pass, we went a 8.51 @ 169.59 (almost a member of the 170mph club!!) and with that we knew the car was going to do better. Our 1st qualifying pass, we laid out a 8.37 @ 168mph. That is the fastest I've been as well as the fastest this car has gone.

WE WON our first round of eliminations running a 8.95 @ 166mph, but we had a bit of a pedle fest that threw the supercharger belt off and we had to call it a weekend. Even with that, this turnout gives us a lot to look forward to in the upcoming months. Once we get the chassis figured out and tune the car to its fullest potential, its gonna be a crazy ride....we cant wait!!

GO TEAM VORTECH!!

Check out my kick ass stickers straight from Sticker Dude Designs. It all seemed a bit sureal when my wife put the stickers on the car this week knowing that I've got some help this year...finally a sponsor!

We also fired the motor today. Still need some tweeking and tuning from Kurgan Motorsports, but we are damn close which is an awesome feeling! Now its just taking the time to wrap up all the little things that need looked over again and tightened down. Hoping to hit the track very soon!
